Public tenders

Due to the need to be familiar with many, frequently changing, statutory regulations, conducting insurance-related procedures under the public procurement law is a demanding and complicated process.

The potential formal defects associated with that process or with extending the procedure or cancelling it, may result in lack of insurance coverage. We possess the suitable subject matter knowledge and experience that allow us to avoid such trouble. We conduct the procedures in the following stages:

STAGE I

Conducting a detailed audit of the current insurance coverage and formulating the conclusions allowing to prepare the optimum description of the subject of the contract.

STAGE II

Appointing a tender commission to conduct the formal procedure in the scope of insurance, under the public procurement law. The tender commission includes: a representative of the management board of the company being the Client, the Client’s employee responsible for insurances, as well as the selected Attis Broker insurance brokers. The tasks of a tender commission include comprehensive service of the tender procedures in accordance with the applicable provisions of the law:

  • developing the terms of reference,
  • providing answers to offerors' questions in the course of the procedure,
  • verifying the bids submitted in terms of their completeness and subject matter contents in comparison with the requirements of the terms of reference,
  • assessing and comparing the bids submitted, based on statutory criteria,
  • indicating the most beneficial offers.

STAGE III

Administrative service for the insurance program providing full insurance coverage, including, among others, loss adjustment.
