Who will be the Controller of your personal data?

The Controller of your personal data will be Attis Broker sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw 02-797, 1 Franciszka Klimczak St. (hereinafter: the Controller), who can be contacted directly at the address indicated above or through the Data Protection Officer.

Why do we need your personal data?

Your personal data will be processed by us in order to respond to your request. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data by the Controller will be Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. the Controller's legitimate interest in ensuring that your requests and questions are properly handled and answered.

 

Who may be the recipient of your data?

The Controller declares that it does not sell, share or transfer the personal data collected for processing to other persons or institutions, with the exception of entities providing support services to us (e.g. accounting, human resources and IT services), whereby such entities process data on the basis of contracts concluded with us and only in accordance with the Controller's instructions. In addition to the aforementioned entities, your data may be made available only at the request of entities authorized to do so by law.

 

For how long will we store your data?

We will store your personal data for the period necessary to correspond with you, including, in particular, the period necessary to respond to your messages/inquiries.

 

Is it mandatory for you to provide your data?

It is necessary for you to provide your personal data, and failure to do so will result in our inability to respond to your request sent to the Controller.
What rights do you have?

 

You are entitled to:

  1. Object to the processing of your personal data due to your particular situation – where the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR i.e. the legitimate interest of the Controller;
  2. Access and to receive copies of your personal data;
  3. Rectification of incorrect personal data and completion of incomplete data;
  4. Erasure of your personal data (right to be forgotten);
  5. Restrictions on the processing of your personal data.

 

In the event that you find any unlawful processing of your personal data by the Controller, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

 

Will we process your personal data based on automated decision-making?

We will not process your personal data based on automated decision-making, including profiling.
