After providing the information on the event, the adjuster delegated to your company will handle the whole process until the moment of issuance of the decision on damages. You will only be asked to send the necessary documentation, while the adjuster will handle all the other issues. After the end of the loss adjustment procedure, we will inform you of the result and potential appeal measures if you do not find the result fully satisfactory.
