Łukasz Zając is responsible for sales development and budget execution in the areas of new, existing, and key clients. He has been with Attis Broker since 2018. He works closely with regional teams, overseeing sales activities and supporting the development of the brokerage offering nationwide.

He leads projects in collaboration with clients from the railway, aviation, waste management, and housing sectors. Previously, he managed claims departments in brokerage firms, which enables him to effectively combine technical knowledge with advisory services in building insurance programs.

He supports cooperation between companies within the MJM Group in terms of sales and cross-selling, participating in the creation of comprehensive solutions for corporate clients. He is also responsible for leading selected projects, including negotiations with insurance companies.
