Joanna Koselska has been associated with Attis Broker since 2021. She joined the Management Board in 2023 and was appointed President of the Management Board in 2024. She oversees the operations of Attis Broker and is responsible for its development strategy, integration processes with new entities, cooperation with other companies within the MJM Group, and relations with key partners.

She is a licensed insurance and reinsurance broker with over 25 years of professional experience. She has developed her career in leading brokerage firms, where she held positions such as Director of the Strategic Client Department and Director of the Energy and Industry Insurance Office.

She is a graduate of postgraduate studies in Risk Diagnostics and Claims Adjustment at the Academy of Finance in Warsaw, as well as Offshore Wind Energy – Management, Project Preparation and Implementation at Lazarski University in Warsaw. She is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) at Kozminski University.
