Joanna Koselska

Management Board Member

She manages the RES industry insurance project at MJM Holdings Group. For more than 20 years, she has specialized in insuring the energy, drilling and heavy industry sectors. She ran the largest audits of insurance contracts of companies in strategic areas of the economy. She completed postgraduate studies in Risk Diagnostics and Loss Adjustment. Management Board Member

He has been building experience in the insurance industry since 2005. Tomasz Libront

CEO of Smartt Re

Since 1993, he has been involved in arranging reinsurance coverage for liability and property insurance for Poland's largest companies in the energy, financial, fuel, railroad and chemical sectors. He supports the Polish insurance market in the reinsurance of large and unusual types of risks, especially for entities in the energy industry. Mariusz Stasiński

Since 2005, he has been associated with fleet and transport industry. He led and managed the largest fleets in ALD Automotive Poland, SUEZ capital group, or PKN ORLEN capital group. He teaches fleet and mobility management at the Faculty of Transportation at Warsaw University of Technology. He is vice president of the Association of Car Fleet Managers. Piotr Ceranowicz

Arranges and implements reinsurance programmes for key and strategic Polish Treasury entities in the aviation, marine and chemical industries. He has created insurance protection programmes for the Polish luxury yacht industry. He has been with Smartt Re since the company's inception in September 2007 and has been on the Board since 2018.

 

 

 

Marta Górecka

She has been working in the insurance industry since 2008. She specializes in insurance issues of the marine and offshore, construction and heavy industry industries. She builds large insurance programs and insurance strategies for key clients, handles client services and manages relationships. She audits insurance contracts. She is responsible for implementation of procedures and substantive supervision of individual product lines.

 

 

Alfred Korycki

He has been working in the insurance industry since 2010. He has many years of experience in serving the marine and offshore industries. He manages and exercises substantive supervision over claims settlement. He is also responsible for developing the liability and D&O insurance lines.

 

 

Aleksandra Leszczyńska

She has more than 20 years of practical experience in business communications. She has been building experience in the insurance industry since 2011. She is a member of the Working Group for Public Education on Offshore Wind Farms at the Ministry of Climate and Environment. She specializes in corporate communications, marketing, crisis communications, B2B relations, mergers and acquisitions and reputation risk management.

 

 

 

Milena Miłek

Deputy Director, Branch in Warsaw

Insurance broker. In Attis Broker since December 2013, since July 2022 acting as the deputy director of the Warsaw branch. Within the insurance market for 20 years, since 2009 as an insurance broker specializing in creating, implementing and servicing insurance programs for large enterprises, in particular in the field of construction and assembly risks and civil liability. A graduate of the University of Hotel Management, Gastronomy and Tourism.

 

 

Beata Obiegła

She specialises in insurance and reinsurance issues relating to aviation risks. She gained her experience of more than 10 years at insurance companies such as AIG and Ergo Hestia, being responsible for the development of aviation insurance and risk assessment in aviation insurance. She participates in building the insurance strategy of many groups of capital companies, including international programs. Emilia Świecka-Łukasiak

Łukasz Zając

Insurance broker with 16 years of experience in the insurance and legal industry. He has been working at Attis Broker since September 2018. He works with clients in the southern region to build insurance programmes for property, liability or business interruption risks. He is responsible for leading projects for industries with a high risk profile, including waste, furniture and housing, as well as negotiating with insurance companies and developing sales.
