Since 2021, Paweł Kruszewski has been with the MJM Group, serving as an Advisor to the Management Board at Attis Broker. In 2025, he additionally assumed the role of Deputy Director of the Warsaw Branch, responsible for coordinating the team’s activities, developing operational structures, and managing relationships with key clients and business partners.

Previously, for 17 years, he held roles as an Advisor to the Management Board, Director of the Property and Aviation Insurance Office, and Member of the Management Board in various brokerage firms. With over 35 years of experience, he specializes in designing and managing insurance programs for large enterprises, particularly in the areas of property insurance, liability insurance, and aviation insurance.

He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, with a degree in International Economic and Political Relations.
