Paulina Łagiewka is an insurance and reinsurance broker. Since 2025, she has been employed at Attis Broker as the Director of the Public Procurement Department. Previously, she held the position of Director for Public Entities and Member of the Management Board at one of the largest brokers in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.

Since 2010, she has worked as an insurance broker, specializing in the design, implementation, and management of insurance programs in the areas of liability and property insurance, primarily for local government units (public entities) as well as large corporate clients. She has extensive experience in managing sales teams and handling claims. She passed the reinsurance broker examination in 2017.

She is a graduate of the West Pomeranian School of Business in Szczecin, specializing in Managerial Economics, as well as postgraduate studies in Public Procurement and Local and Regional Development Management. She is currently completing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Szczecin.
