Related to investment banking and consulting for companies for over 25 years. Partner at Solter Capital. Previously, he was the Vice President of the Management Board of Pekao Investment Banking and worked for companies from the UniCredit Group, Bank Austria Creditanstalt, HVB and Bank Creditanstalt in Poland. He dealt with ECM and M&A transactions of public companies in various sectors. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and MBA studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and the University of Warsaw, he is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program IESE Business School.
